My personal buying experience from Lynn was, and continues to be both the best experience I have had with a realtor and/or previous owner of a property, as well as the best that I could hoped to have.
I was interested in a piece of property close to the Missouri River, and I had just a little bit of experience in the area fly fishing the river. I knew that there were some reasonably priced properties near the river, and I hoped to find a modest place there. When I saw an online listing for a place the fit the bill, I contacted the listing agent, Lynn, who also owned the property. Lynn shared information and I immediately felt the genuineness that you hope for in this type of situation. We ended up coming to an agreement for the sale of the property ‘sight unseen’, which I never regretted.
Throughout the buying process, Lynn worked the details, paperwork, title and everything in a timely and supportive way. When I came out to inspect and really take ownership of the cabin/property, everything was as described (or better than described) and I could not have been happier.

I’m not sure Lynn knew what she was getting in to when she agreed to show me some houses. I was a first-time homebuyer, and had to ask a hundred questions that must people would have already known the answers to. I had only recently started my own business, which made getting financed a hassle. And, finally, I was moving alone, so I needed a very good deal to make everything work.
But none of this seemed to faze Lynn in the slightest. She stuck with me through the whole process, found a great house on the perfect property, put me in touch with a bank that would work with me, and answered every question I could come up with. Perhaps most importantly, she treated me like I was buying a multi-million dollar mansion – like I was the most important customer she had.
Whatever your circumstances, I wish you luck in your search for the perfect home, and I hope you have the good fortune to work with someone as supportive as Lynn.
Having little success we happened to stop by Craig, MT for a bite to eat and found Lynn’s real estate flyers. We contacted her and Brad who showed us some properties in Dearborn, but the properties were not quite what we were looking for.
Undaunted, we made plans with them to see some properties in the Wolf Creek area and all fell into place. Lynn and Brad showed us a great property with a cabin that was not listed, but they knew could be bought. Although the asking price was reasonable it was a bit more than we planned, but they represented our interest to get us into the property for even less than asking price and well within our budget.
Our next problem was securing financing in a era of banking scrutiny. Although our credit is well in the 800 category, we just couldn’t find a bank willing to provide us financing without a huge down payment. Because our property was off grid, seller financing became our best option. Lynn and Brad were very knowledgeable about what is involved in that process and walked us through the entire process.
Not only did they find us our dream property, but they helped us secure financing beyond our expectations. I highly endorse this couples dedication and motivation to their clients.
What I have found noteworthy has been you knowledge of what’s happening with real estate in the Wolf Creek to Cascade area together with your great attention to detail and “follow through” during the entire process and continuing on even now some five or six months after the closing.
